I'm a Northern actor - born and raised in Manchester - now living near the big smoke (that London).
I only went and blinkin' won a full scholarship to train at one of the best drama schools in the country, Drama Centre London, and decided there that I never wanted to retire
(although we'll see how that resolution's going in 40 years, ha...)

My favourite actors are those with comedy bones but can make you cry in an instant. That's the stuff that lights me up.
Because I reckon life is as hilarious as it can be devastating.
